To the secretary of the Leamington Spa and Warwick congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
This is a formal request that you return to me, Gavin de la Tour any or all GDPR information that both congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses have pertaining to me whether in print, digital form or cloud storage at any kingdom hall of Jehovah's Witnesses or at the personal residence of one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
This would include all notes that respective elders referenced in judicial meetings held with me as well as all personal private information shared between both congregations and subsequently shared with Britain and USA Bethel headquarters.
I want absolutely no trace of my name or any of my information regarding me to remain in the possession of both the Leamington Spa or Warwick congregation or retained in any form.
Please accept this formal notice declaring that I do not give any permission to any representative belonging to one of Jehovah's Witnesses to store any details about me.
Any prior release that I may have signed allowing any individual or structure of Jehovah’s Witnesses to possess my GDPR information is officially rescinded and withdrawn by me and no longer stands.
Both congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses have until April the 27 in the year of 2023 to comply with this request.
I will take this opportunity to remind you that you have the duty of care to comply with this request in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom GDPR.
Any failure to comply with this request as regards deadlines or any other factor noted and requested here will be taken as defiance against United Kingdom law and addressed by me appropriately in court.

P.S I have contacted Britain Bethel and they have informed me that there would be no need for me to write them as regards my Dissociation and that this would coordinated through the local body of elders.
Could you please confirm acknowledgment of receipt of both the GDPR request and Dissociation letter?
Could you also please confirm that you have given notice to Britain Bethel that I no longer want to be associated or part of this organization.
